Stay clear of this dealership by all means! Very unethical people by far! This has been my 7th consecutive Mazda and this is how a loyal customer has been treated. I dealt with Jeremiah who was the manager regarding my Mazda 6. After negotiating my lease, I went into the dealership to complete the deal. We returned 1 of my 2017 Mazda's and when we were signing the paperwork we noticed they had the wrong vehicle from the transfer papers of the registration. They had my other vehicle and they never checked the VIN number. They had to redo a lot of the paperwork and when we were ready to sign we noticed the amount quoted was $10 more per month than what was quoted to us. They tried to say that was the amount but it clearly wasn't. They did change it and we proceeded to finish the deal. We left the dealership and they never had us call our insurance company to get new insurance id cards. The next day I called my insurance company to remove the one vehicle and add the new one. After looking at the lease for the VIN# and lease company information, I noticed the milage was 10K miles instead of 12K miles per year!!!! This lease was to be 12K! I immediately called them and they said it wasn't!!! Complete lie! We went there and they said there was nothing that they can do because if they changed any numbers they would not be able to sell the vehicle! Now I understand why this dealership has changed hands and has been through so many general managers and employees! I have another Mazda that will be going back in 2 months and was going to replace it with another Mazda. I will not be dealing with this dealership for sure! Please stay clear and bring your business elsewhere. So deceptive! More
It was a great place before it was bought!! Always change my CX9 with no problem twice and keep my same payment, and I'm talking a score over 7 ,and always got great help, they call me to change my 2018 cx9 my CX9 with no problem twice and keep my same payment, and I'm talking a score over 7 ,and always got great help, they call me to change my 2018 cx9 to a 2021, they lie on the phone and when I got there it was different story,they not even try to help you like the previous managementbe careful is not the same people. I brought my car into the dealer today to have an issue fixed. Although, the issue wasn't acting up while I was there and it couldn't be fixed, my service advisor, Darrell Hunter, was outstanding. Terrible communication. I had my car there and have been calling my rep. He is always busy with a customer. Although I’m told that my calls will be returned they never are. Most recently the receptionist has been screening my calls. I called 3-4 time from my phone and it just keeps ringing. I borrowed a friends phone and they answered immediately. The worse customer service by far! I was buying a car on Saturday. They showed me a car with no inspection once so ever, smelling disgusting, but in an apparent good condition, so after the driving test I d Saturday. They assure the car will be ready to be picked up on Sunday but that didn't happen. On Monday I made an appointment at the end of the day modifying my day schedule to meet the finance department and finish the transaction but once on my way to the dealer I received a call from the salesperson to cancel my appointment because the inspection wasn't done. Apparently, an entire day wasn't enough for them! Talking to the sales representative he apologized and told me that they had trouble with the person doing the inspection, that it wasn't the first time that something like that happened. That "my car" was the first in line for the inspection. I told the sales representative to please give me a call or send me a text once the car was done so I can review the interest rate and finish the transaction. He promised me the car will be ready for Tuesday morning but he will give me a call once ready, due to my job I made an appointment at the end of the day. Once at the dealership no-one knew about my purchase, the sales representative was on his day off, the finance department didn't have anything ready. Once explained all the situation and my frustration of the poor communication, they found my file. Here is the joke: The lady in charge of finances offered me a ridiculous oil change for the inconvenience. I didn't agree or disagree with that I was curious to see the interest rate and my monthly payments. The drop that spilled the glass, is that after all this bad service and continue disappointment they tried to rip me off on the interest rate. What a nightmare!! If you ever considering buying a car don't go to this location. More
The dealership is really nice but they try their hardest to get you to pay for it. You tell them what you're willing to pay out of pocket and they change it in finance. They tell you they're going to pay of to get you to pay for it. You tell them what you're willing to pay out of pocket and they change it in finance. They tell you they're going to pay off your lease if you're turning it in early, but they're only paying most of it. Be very careful what you are agreeing to or you will have lots of surprise charges. Also, there is no communication in the dealership so if things change you won't hear from them until it's too late. Find another Mazda dealership if you're in the market for one. When they finally return your call after several messages they still do not help. They will not stick to their word on the deal you made and blame the customer. Good luck with this dealership. More

For the past month I've been dealing with so much stress from here. On the night of signing the lease to a brand new Mazda, I was told I needed to come back the next day because they had to do a "credit bump" and was encouraged to leave a deposit and sign. I initially wasn't comfortable in doing so because I was already way past my budget , however they promised me with the credit bump there no need to worry that the monthly price that it WAS NOT going to change that I had nothing to worry about. So I left my deposit and signed whatever papers they needed. The next day I had to work so they suggested bringing the car to my job where I had small gap to sign the rest of the papers. On the next day, on the phone several times, NOT ONCE did they inform me my monthly payment was going to increase significantly. Had I been told, I would have cancelled the deal and waited until the monthly payment was back to my budget. When the guy brought me my papers and the car, not once did he inform me the price went up and since I was at work I didn't have chance to read the fine lines. I had trusted them since they told me specifically the night before the price was not going to change. I made the mistake by not reading before I signed. I feel like was taken advantage of. After several phone calls over a month, the conclusion is there is NOTHING they can do for me and basically its my fault for not reading the papers. They don't care and in so many words don't believe they didn't inform me about the price change. Please tell me why I would choose to deal with all this if I was simply just told about it. Forget trying to contact them about anything, they tell you they will call you tomorrow and never do EVERY TIME. Oh, did I also mention they didn't send my pay off in time so I also have to pay an extra $30 fee on my previous car. Also, not their problem. Oh and the owner, Dave, forget trying to contact him, he will IGNORE YOU. More

He did not pressure us to buy anything but inquired what we were looking for in a vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable in what he could offer us. Customer service representative, Tiffany also made us feel as this is a dealership who cares for their customers. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for but went out of their way to locate one and bring it to the dealership for me. Good job to the entire staff for taking care of my needs. More
