They didn’t pay off the car we traded in right away so we got a late notice and fee. We changed the insurance to our new car but they didn’t give us our tag back so we could turn it in to the DMV. The state of Florida suspended my husband’s DL for not having insurance on the car we traded in. The dealership didn’t take any responsibility for the cluster they caused. It cost us well over $1500 to get our car out of the impound lot, paying the fines and the towing fees. More

I did not have a good experience. I asked the salesman if there were hidden costs. Eli said “no” just taxes and registration. A day later he called me with the numbers and it was 4,000 over the asking price there were hidden costs. Eli said “no” just taxes and registration. A day later he called me with the numbers and it was 4,000 over the asking price. Breaking it down there was 1,000 dealer cost and 99.00 for the nitro tire spray, 495.00 for the paint protection ( it was a 2014 with 82,000 miles) and a 395.00 fee for tint. We talked about taking money off. The manager would work a better deal if I financed with them. I told Eli up front I was not financing I heard from Eli at the end of the day to be told he couldn’t work anything out and the car had sold. Beware of the fees. An add on of 4,000 for a 13,000.00 dollar car. Insane. Really, paint protection??? I think that ship sailed. More
