They didn’t pay off the car we traded in right away so we got a late notice and fee. We changed the insurance to our new car but they didn’t give us our tag back so we could turn it in to the DMV. The state got a late notice and fee. We changed the insurance to our new car but they didn’t give us our tag back so we could turn it in to the DMV. The state of Florida suspended my husband’s DL for not having insurance on the car we traded in. The dealership didn’t take any responsibility for the cluster they caused. It cost us well over $1500 to get our car out of the impound lot, paying the fines and the towing fees. More
