Took my 2015 Mazda 6 touring for recall While I was there I asked them to check my Front drivers side tire I was losing air they gave me a loaner car I appreciate it very much. They called me and told me you have a nail on the inside of the tire and said it’s unrepairable They recommended that I get a new tire .i told them I’ll be right there. When I got there my service Representative Ray Giudice explained about the tire with the nail in it .Ray was very helpful with me I ask to see the Manager so Ray took me to talk to him . I sat down with Manager Ryan Smith was a gentleman and listening to my problems . When I left Rays office I had a big smile on my face :) The Manager Ryan Smith to me is a true friend and would anyone looking for a vehicle I would Highly Recommend Mazda of West Palm Beach on Southern Boulevard More

I visited the dealership 2 times to test drive the 2018 Mazda6 and the After 14 years and 167+ thousand miles it was time to part with my 2004 Mazda6. I visited the dealership 2 times to test drive the 2018 Mazda6 and the CX5 and decided on stepping up to the CX5 Grand Touring and I absolutely love it! My salesman Juan was so good and patient with me and Daniel in finance made the process quick and painless. They all worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. My old Mazda6 was not my favorite car but it was by far the best car I’ve ever owned. I’m so happy with my new favorite vehicle thanks to the great guys at Southern Palm Mazda! More

I learned quickly that the dealership h I was hesitant with this dealership because three years ago I had a terrible experience with the sales staff. I learned quickly that the dealership had new owners and my recent service experiences were excellent for my previously leased Mazda. The current staff were friendly, knowledgeable and honest, unlike my previous experiences with car dealerships. I had already decided ahead of time which car I wanted to purchase, but all of my questions were answered thoroughly and the test drive was wonderful with the salesman highlighting the improvements made to my previous 2016 model. Negotiations were professional and streamlined. Delivery was also done well. I will have to return for the installation of the two accessories I purchased that are not yet in stock, but all in all, the best experience ever! More
"Amazing car buying experience" I purchased a used vehicle from Southern Palms Mazda today. I was hesitant because I live out of state but Paco Cuevas and Claudia made the process ea I purchased a used vehicle from Southern Palms Mazda today. I was hesitant because I live out of state but Paco Cuevas and Claudia made the process easy and hazel free. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mr. Cuevas, he immediately made himself available to answer my questions. What caught my attention from the get go was the superb customer service, something that you don't see in car dealerships anymore. Mr. Cuevas was upfront with the pricing and fees for the vehicle, honoring their internet price. I specially appreciated that because I had called a few dealerships and the price was always higher than the one in the internet. I was extremely impress with the diligence Mr. Cuevas and Claudia prepared the car for pick up. It was an in and out deal.
