I don't see many reviews that are from people who have had a a vehicle for more than a year. For reference, I bought my car from Southern Palms Mazda in 2023. After a year of being with them I am sure about a few things. First, once you drive off the lot, you are dead to them. They have your money, you are not their concern. Two, they don't answer calls if you are in need of assistance (they've canceled my prepaid maintenance plan "on accident"). Three, don't expect them to do their job. More
BEWARE - Bait and switch/fraud. I went to this dealership with a screenshot of the advertised price from THEIR OWN website of a pre-owned CX-5 that I was interested in. After I arri I went to this dealership with a screenshot of the advertised price from THEIR OWN website of a pre-owned CX-5 that I was interested in. After I arrived I was presented with an offer containing a $2,985 charge for ceramic coating (which I didn't want or ask for) and a charge for refurbishing the car (around $1,985). They tacked on approx. $5,000 to the price advertised on their own website! As expected, red flags went up immediately and honestly, I was shocked that they would try to add in such ridiculous fees. When questioning the salesman, he told me "every dealer puts a low price on the website to get people in the door, it's not just us". I said I would pay the ADVERTISED PRICE as stated on their website and not a penny more. After a few more wasted minutes of trying to get me to pay a "refurbishing" fee, I walked out only to receive several texts and phone calls from various "managers" saying that they would honor the "advertised price". I was truly stunned that a dealer would advertise a car and a clearly stated price and then try to add slightly more than $5,000 in money making fees. I refuse to do business with a dealer like this. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and try to let as many people as possible know what they are facing before they waste their time. Warning to potential customers - PLEASE read each line item in your offer, they will tack on fees for things you don't want/understand or ask for. Luckily, I am very well informed and didn't fall for it, but sadly, many probably do. That's why they continue to treat people (in my case it was most likely because I am a woman) with disrespect and what I would consider classic bait and switch. I encourage others to post your bait and switch experiences with this dealer, as I can't be the only one. More

I came to look into a vehicle I saw online and was able to test drive it without hassle. The sales man Ishmael and the sales managers were extremely helpful and honest every step of the way. I asked for th to test drive it without hassle. The sales man Ishmael and the sales managers were extremely helpful and honest every step of the way. I asked for the car to be shampooed due to some stains and smell from the previous owner and they got it done right away with no push backs. The overall process was very thorough and smooth and I am definitely happy with my new purchase. More
