Horrible Customer Service I sent my 20yr old daughter to the Hall Nissan on Western Branch Blvd in Chesapeake to have the oil changed and tires rotated on her 2012 Nissan Sentr I sent my 20yr old daughter to the Hall Nissan on Western Branch Blvd in Chesapeake to have the oil changed and tires rotated on her 2012 Nissan Sentra and she was first told they were only taking appointments for the remainder of the day,she left and called back within 5 min to make an appointment for the next day and was told by someone else that they had a appointment available in 15 minutes. After 2 hours when she picked up her car the tires had not been rotated, even though the receipt said it was done. She was told the mechanics were gone for the day, and she needed to come back the next day to let someone know it had not been done. We went in the next day and talk to the "service manager" who said it probably wasn't done because the tread was still good. I explained that it should not have been put on the receipt as complete and it should have been explained that way when she picked up the car. I told him that our experience with this service dept was bad in the past and we would not be back. His response was "Ok he understood why" . No apologies, just excuses that they are human and they make mistakes. I have brought 3 brand new cars from Hall and I originally helped my niece by this car from Hall nissan before buying it from her for my daughter. I will NEVER purchase another new car from another Hall dealership or use their service department again based on the multiple times they have decieved my daughter and niece. This is just 1 incident of several. This is the LAST! More

THROUGH BOTH OF MY PURCHASES I HAVE ENJOYED WORKING WITH JOYCE. I LOVE HER PROFESSIONALISM, DOWN TO EARTH PERSONALITY AND HONESTY. SHE WORKS VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT HER CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED. bought a car last year from hall nissan in NewportNews, about 4 months after i bought the car i took it back so they coud check my power sterring....at that time they informed me i had a leak and of course about 4 months after i bought the car i took it back so they coud check my power sterring....at that time they informed me i had a leak and of course the expensive warrenty i had bought would not cover the 400.00 fix....i imediatly took my car to my own personall mechanic who looked and confirmed the leak...showed me what they were talking ....well 8 months or so later i take my car to the chesapeke location for my inspection and they fail my inspection for the same leak only they tell me its going to be 1300.00 for the fix, i again imediatlt take my car to my personal mechinic who looks at it and again shows me the leak....funny...it hadnt changed any....which brings me to the conclusion that eathier hall sold me a car with saftey issues, they sold me a car that wont even pass their own inpection...eathier that or they are trying to scam money outta me....one thing i know is.....i have another 2 years till this car is paid off anf i will never do bussiness with these people again......i can over look the fact they didnt give me foor mats...or that they gave me my car with no gas....or the fact they didnt even clean it....but selling me a car with saftey issues is unacceptable...buyer beware More
