Customer service I took my car in for an inspection soon as i drove in mr Richard stokes.your service person was right on it.I wasn't there for 10 minutes before he ha I took my car in for an inspection soon as i drove in mr Richard stokes.your service person was right on it.I wasn't there for 10 minutes before he had all paperwork done gave me the time it would be ready and i was done.and text me when it was ready oh and did i say it was ready when he said it would be.he were very professional and friendly he even clean my car for me knowing that it might rain.I was very happy with my service and customer service will tell my family and friends too ask for mr. My experience was great. I came into Hall because I got a bolt stuck in my tire. It was about 5:50 on a Thursday evening. The technician on duty was wonderful even though he was about to go home. After checking the tire he told me that the tire I had on the car would not last until morning as the air was streaming out.
