Southern Nissan Chesapeake responded

When you came in your left rear door would not latch and it was held closed with a bungee cord. We found that three exterior bolts that hold the door latch in place were missing. Your vehicle has not been to a Hall location for 2 and a half years. We asked you if you had the bolts that were missing and you said that you would check and let us know. You called back saying that you did not have them. We told you that these were special bolts and that we would have to order them and install the door latch to further diagnose the problem. Because these bolts are special bolts and are not in high demand we do not keep them in stock. To get them in stock it would have only taken one day. You agreed to let us order them and then you later called back and cancelled the order and said you were going to come pick up your car. This vehicle is out of factory warranty and we show no extended warranty. The tech was able to get the door closed temporarily in order for you to drive it home. Again we are sorry that you felt that you weren't treated well at our dealership. We do appreciate the feedback these steps only help us improve our level of customer service.
