Criminal practices I'm not sure if the word criminal or just plain stupid would be more accurate to describe the way this dealership handles itself and it's customers. When buying this car the salesman told us it would be no problem to register our car in another state and in fact was the one to bring it up and suggest it. When it came time to sign paperwork we sat there for about 3 hours while they figured out how to make that happen. Finally we were allowed to leave. Fast forward 3.5 months. After all of this time the tags have finally arrived at the dealership after months of them messing up paperwork and having the dmv not send the tags. I arrive to pick up the tags and am told I owe $275. When I asked what the bill was for they couldnt give me an answer. I don't see how it's my problem that they found an error in their paper work 3.5 months after the fact and used my plates as collateral to collect the money they wanted. You may say to yourself, "surely they told you about this when they called to say the tags were ready?" Absolutely not. I was told when the tags were presented that I was to pay that money before I could have the tags. More

No High Pressure Sales Pitch Phil is the best salesman ever. He listened to all the features we wanted in a car, he did a little research, then presented us with what the dealersh Phil is the best salesman ever. He gave us the opportunity to test drive the vehicles, answered our questions, clarified any of our concerns then left us ALONE to think it over. He did not pressure us on the "whys, what’s and why not’s”. He understood perfectly that we needed a few days to decide on which model we wanted. He gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call or text him with any questions. Whenever we texted or called, he quickly responded. He did not pressure us or try to sell/guilt us on a feature we did not want. When we told him "no" to a feature or add-on, he did not try to change our mind with a sales pitch. So if you dread buying a car because you have had a bad experience with a pesky high pressure car salesman, ask for Phil Waters at Hall Nissan. He will find the car you want with no hassle or pressure. His approach to car sales is positive and pleasant. We came away with the car we wanted (no more/no less) and commenting to each other what a pleasant car buying experience we had with Phil. More

We were introduced to our salesman, Charles Baker, who continued the tone and although he may have felt our reluctance about purchasing a car, Charles continued to be personable, professional, and polite during our experience. He made sure we were comfortable and was attentive to our needs, at the dealership and thereafter. It was also his motto from the get go, "I work for you now" and we hadn't even made a deal yet, that resonated trust. Ethan. the finance manager, also helped us out to seal the deal. Overall, we didn't feel pressed nor did we feel rushed. It was a pleasant experience! More
