I am submitting a statement highly recommending Mr. Rick Joyner for the outstanding and professional customer service my wife and I received this week when we purchased two cars from Hall Nissan in Chesapea Joyner for the outstanding and professional customer service my wife and I received this week when we purchased two cars from Hall Nissan in Chesapeake, VA. After being stationed in Japan for four years, my family and I finally returned to the Hampton Roads area. We were "jet lagged", especially our 12 year old son Joshua. The first thing we needed was a car and Rick treated us like we were a king and queen. He provided the highest caliber of customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. My wife and I are in our mid-50s, and we have purchased many cars during our 30 years of marriage having raised three adults, 1 12 year old son and two grandchildren. But after serving almost 30 years in the U.S. Navy, I have never received the kind of service that we experienced from anyone like we did from Rick. He is certainly a people person and a real pro in his profession. I hope that this short note we extend our thanks to him and the entire Hall Nissan team. We will refer our friends to this fine establishment. And we look forward to continuing our relationship with this dealer for our future auto needs. Thank you. I went to see Richard (sorry about the spelling of your last name) to buy a used car. I was going through a divorce and need a reliable source of transportation. Richard took more then 2 hours explaining the lease program which fit my needs and budget at the time. Thanks Richard for taking the time.
