I was in the market for a Nissan Sentra. I visited two other local dealers with no luck. I visited Hall Nissan on the website where I located a vehicle that would fit my needs. I made the visit and Kyle the salesman was very accomadating an friendly. He retrieved the vehicle and presented it to my wife and I. He commenced to describe more than I could have imagined about the vehicle, but it was not the vehicle for us. The vehicle was a 2009 model. I received knowledge from the prior dealer visit that there were no diiferences between 2009 and 2010. Kyle quickly pointed out that this was not true and showed the differences. To make a long story shorter, Kyle and his staff were able to locate a newer, nicer vehicle and put into my price range. I had a great experience at Hall Nissan Chesapeake. That being said, I am happy to share my experience here. I owned a 2000 Pontiac Firebird with low mileage but a few problems, and I was ready to get rid of it and trade it for something new. The something new I wanted was Cube -- I had had my eye on them since I first saw a commercial back in May or so. As I mentioned above, I went on USAA's website and built the car I was interested in, locked in the price I wanted, and submitted. Within minutes, a Hall representative named Guadalupe (she didn't actually work for Hall Nissan Chesapeake, but for Hall as a whole, I think) called and scheduled an appointment for me to meet Kyle Snowden, the internet manager, that evening. My husband and I arrived on time and quickly met with Kyle Snowden, who was extremely polite, professional, and personable. He was truly a joy to work with. He took us outside, explained all of the features of the Cube SL, and I took a test drive. I was immediately in love with the car. It was a bit different than the model I had originally built on USAA's website, but he let me get on his computer, get back on USAA's site, rebuild the car to the new specs, and honored THAT price, even though it was lower than the originally agreed upon one! Now, that is AWESOME customer service! Sharon Culver then met with us to go over all of the Cube SL's features in greater detail, and she was also extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with both of them. By the time we purchased the vehicle, the lead technician had already gone home, and the tire pressure monitor on the dashboard wouldn't go off. Kyle assured us there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, but that the monitor needed to be reset, and only the lead tech would do it. He told me to bring the Cube back next time I was off, and they'd quickly reset it for me. I did come back a few days later, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Jay Bussey was my service tech. We also saw Kyle again, who quickly remembered and greeted us, asked how we liked the vehicle, etc. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be bringing the Cube back here for service and maintenance, and if I'm still living in this area when I'm done with it, I'll trade the Cube back into them for sure. More

I have purchased a number of new cars over the years, and I recently helped my daughter buy her first new car. I was encouraged to go to Hall Nissan of Chesapeake by a gentleman who had over 50 years of car I recently helped my daughter buy her first new car. I was encouraged to go to Hall Nissan of Chesapeake by a gentleman who had over 50 years of car dealership experience(not Nissan). He told me that we would be well served there. To say that we were indeed well served would be the height of understatement. As we were leaving the dealership in exactly the right car for my daughter, she asked me if that is the way that I had always been treated when buying a new car. I told her emphatically, "No!" I felt like not only did we get a great car at a great price, but that we had just become part of another family. I have never had such a buying experience, and I have spent over 30 years in marketing, sales and customer service. I would encourage Customer Service professionals to visit Hall Nisssan of Chesapeake to see what real customer service is all about. You might even leave in a new car. When we first went to the dealership, we came into contact with AJ. We told here that we were looking to buy an xterra and have already looked at other vehicles comparable to this type of vehicle. AJ asked specific questions in order to help us find what we were looking for. Not only in a vehicle but price as well. After looking and driving the xterra, we deceided on the xterra 4x4. When it came to price for the new car as well as trade in on my curent vehicle we were able to come to a decision that was satisfactory to us as well as the dealership. It was a great pleasure to work with AJ. I know at times I seemed very difficult to her as a customer but I wanted to get a deal that I would be happy with. She remained very professional at all times and asked specific questions in order to get my business. AJ was one of the best sales persons I have ever encountered within my 30 years of car buying. Not only would I buy from her again but I would send my family and friends to her as well. Thank you AJ for all of your help. David was very helpful throughout my sales process. I am so grateful that I stopped by on that friday evening, and I was only there looking - not to buy. But I am just overall pleased with the services provided there. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Sales was able to locate the exact car I wanted, loaded with all options and exact colors, two states away and delivered within the week. Vehicle delivery was extremely thorough; between the delivery coordinator and the salesman I drove away remarkably comfortable with the seemingly endless amount of features.
