When I decided to purchase a car I began with a list of 6 vehicles that caught my interest - one of them being the Nissan 350. When I met Charles at Hall Nissan, he introduced me to the Nissan 370. I was v vehicles that caught my interest - one of them being the Nissan 350. When I met Charles at Hall Nissan, he introduced me to the Nissan 370. I was very impressed with the 370 but initially felt it was above my price range. I continued to look at other makes and models, both new and used. Charles kept in touch with me, listened to my concerns, and worked to bring the price closer to my budget. Mike Roberts also called several times to get a feel for what I was looking for and why. I narrowed my focus down to three vehicles, one of which was the 370. As I continued to research my remaining three, I can say the constant contact from Hall was a big factor in my decision. I rarely heard from the other dealers with whom I was talking. Unless I called them, their contact to me was limited to e-mail or postcards. If a dealership will not maintain personal contact when I am purchasing a car, what will they do when the car needs service or repairs? As a single mother and a very busy business person, it is imperative I have a dealership I can trust and who will work with me throughout the life of the vehicle - not just during the sale. The personal service I received at Hall was pretty evident throughout the process - from sales, to delivery, to financing. They made things quick and easy, and there was no big pressure to make a decision. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure I made the right choice. To me, these are all indicators of how they will service the car which, in the end, is the true mark of a great dealership. Just my thoughts. Thanks, Dawna More

I went to see Richard (sorry about the spelling of your last name) to buy a used car. I was going through a divorce and need a reliable source of transportation.
