My initial experience was positive with a young man by the name of Ryan Neal. However I somehow got another guy somehow that somehow tried to convince me that he needed my bank statements before he could the name of Ryan Neal. I've had better customer service at a hospital. The GM was extremely rude. He made no effort to help at all and almost cost the company the entire sale with his rudeness and lack of customer service etiqu was extremely rude.
