This was the worst repair experience I’ve ever encountered. My disappointment due to the incomplete repair by the technician was exacerbated by the rude manner in which he spoke to me when I retur encountered. My disappointment due to the incomplete repair by the technician was exacerbated by the rude manner in which he spoke to me when I returned to the dealership! This was then compounded by the service manager’s inability to assist in resolving the issues. More
