Sales associates are in business to sale cars and make a customer happy. After the sale, I was treated as if everyone was finish with me. I returned the used vehicle as agreed on with Mr. Buster Yarborough customer happy. After the sale, I was treated as if everyone was finish with me. After bringing it back a second time for the same issue, Mr. Buster ignored me and rushed back to his current customer. A sales manager that had no concern for what I was there for then assisted me. He finally agreed to have the car washed and one noticeable scratch removed. After waiting another hour and a half on top of the hour I was already there pleading my case, the car was pulled to the front of the dealership and the sales manager handed me the keys at the door and said your all taken care of, without going out and ensuring what he promised me was taken care of. There is no quality control done by the sales team that sold the vehicle, from management on down. I was promised and or told three times that a few noticeable scratches would be removed from the vehicle. After great debates about a small task, still only 50% complete, for a cash-paying customer. I will be buying another Honda for another daughter soon, but I am sure there are other dealerships that pay attention to the small things that take little effort to keep a customer. Oh Wow!!! I stopped in earlier in the day and Ronald Caceres came out to greet me. We talked a bit about the new 2013 Pilot, I just wanted to see the different between the one I had which was the 2011 P Caceres came out to greet me. We talked a bit about the new 2013 Pilot, I just wanted to see the different between the one I had which was the 2011 Pilot EX-L. I loved my gray pilot at first but the bad memories and experiences with that vehicle so I just had to get rid of it. Did some shopping online the day before on USAA for a vehicle quote military get a good discount and decided to stop by and get a few more details on the vehicle in person. Ronald was right there to answer any of my questions and took a short ride in the new Vehicles. He asked what model and color I liked of course the Pilot Touring or the EX-L with Res and I wanted it in Gray again but the color I really liked was the Dark Amber but I don't think they had it in the Touring or EX-L/Res. He said that he could honor my military discount from the quote asked if he could get some numbers together for me. He insisted it wouldn't take long. I said yes, it was getting late but I had to pick up my kids from daycare and when we got back everything was done with the trade-in and I was signing papers. I couldn't get the Touring or the EX-L/Res because I had some stuff on my credit but Ronald did surprise me with the EX-L in Dark Amber. It was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My kids and I love the new vehicle. The finance officer was also very informative and fast. Thank you all Southern Motors.
