While I was working on the paperwork, everyone who works at Southern Motors who passed me or who I passed spoke to me. I was not only in the salesroom but the parts department and everyone was friendly and accommodating Everyone was concerned for my comfort - am I thirsty? need a snack? - that meant a great deal to me and made me feel as though I was joining a family, and I was not just another car buyer. Friendly and professional. Started with SM Acura thinking about replacing our MDX with a new one. But our needs had changed and the sales persons suggested an Odyssey Elite and contacted Andy for u thinking about replacing our MDX with a new one. Personal service all the way. The negotiations were friendly with each walking away with smiles. I did visit another Honda dealer and must say that Southern Motors surpassed them on customer care, lack of pressure, excellent financial arrangements and enjoyable negotiations. SM has been taking care of us for four years and I know that they will continue to provide excellent professional service. Andy did well with explanations on the vehicle and the financial person was pleasant and made the transfer of dollars an enjoyable one. The Odyssey has a car load of features yet to be mastered but I know that any answers I need are only a phone call away. Once there, Johnnie was very helpful in getting me to the right vehicle and explaining its features and safety and providing a test drive. By the time I was making my final decision several days later and even tho Johnnie had left the dealership for another job, Ross stepped right in to make it a seamless transition. Dealing with Ross was a pure pleasure! There was no 'game playing' or hard sales tactics used, (which would have sent me straight to another dealership!) and we reached what I considered a fair price for both of us. Once my decision was made and I went to pick up the vehicle, Harry was very helpful to discuss all the features again with my husband and even sinc our phones to the car.
