Patient Sales Staff I went into the dealer ship to trade in my car and purchase a Honda CRV. Unprofessional ! My experience started out very well Saturday (April 12th,2014), but soon became the worst experience on Monday April 14th, 2014. Saturday the whole dealership had me under the assumption that I purchased my car; they gave me a copy of a contract, recorded a video of me explaining how satisfied I am with my purchase and in the end shook my hand and said congratulations. Once Monday came I went to the dealership to pick up my tags and they told me that my mother needed to come in and re-sign the paperwork because the vin number was wrong in the original paperwork. When we came back to the dealership they said she wasn't approved for the same condition that were signed Saturday. Saturday nobody told us that she wasn't the final contract and that they were still awaiting approval from the bank. In the mean time we put insurance on our name and were completely unaware that we were not the owner of that vehicle. We were asked by the sales manager to return the keys and for reinsurance my mother wanted it in written form that we are returning the car in the same condition that we took it in. When the manager wrote on that piece of paper "She returned the car willingly" my mother asked to corrected that and say "The dealership asked for the car back and I returned it." The unprofessional manager stared my mother up and down, ripped that paper and walked back inside. I would NEVER recommend anybody to do business with Southern Motors Honda! More

Ben showed us the car, all the standard & upgraded features that we were interested in plus all the safety features & why they were developed by Honda to keep us safer in a car crash. We took a test drive & were sold on the car. Evans worked with us on our trade in & Protection Plus deals offered by Southern Motors. Gunnar Williams then handled the financing. We were very impressed with how friendly everyone was at the dealership. We are very happy with our purchase, it was definitely worth the drive from Charleston to Savannah.
