This was the BEST car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! It started with Megan in customer service. Then Andy Pigman and one of the OWNERS (Ross) was personally involved in this experience the entire day. Mr Andy, Mr. Gunnar, Megan and several others were the BEST. They got us into the car we wanted, got the financing, and worked with us for a day until we were happy and were knowledgable about our new van. Other dealerships just said no and sent us on our way because were upside down in our current vehicle and our credit was not perfect. NOT Southern Motors, they would not take no for an answer, they made it happen and at a price we could afford! After we signed the papers, it was NOT over, I got an applause from all employees and I got a personal detailed interactive learning experience with Mr. Andy. The last person I saw was Gunner. He is unique in his own right. Personal, knowledgeable, and talked me out of another 1600 dollars for protection on my electrical components for 8 years. More

Being a single female and not having purchased a car in 16 years, I was nervous and intimidated the first time I walked into the dealership, but Ron put me completely at ease. He wanted to talk to me, rather than just put me behind the wheel of a car. I didn't even test drive a car until my next visit, which involved them driving a car from a different location to Savannah, just for me to try out. After deciding that wasn't the car for me, Ron helped me explore some alternatives, knowing and respecting my paremeters. Ron and I found a great car for ME and he worked with me on the price. I even decided to finance through Southern Motors, which was not my original intent, but they beat the interest rate I was quoted through my employer. Gunnar helped me with the financing and he was not only entertaining, but thorough and efficient. After deciding to purchase, Ron gave me a personal tour of the facility and introduced me to employees in the service and parts departments. I just went back in two days ago when my own car broke down, and knew that I wanted to go back to Honda and work with her now that it was my turn. She was very receptive to both of our requests - neither of us wanted anything special, we just wanted very basic, good mileage, manageable price tag. She got me a price on my trade-in vehicle that I would have never guessed it was worth - and helped me pick a new CR-V that I love and that will serve my family well. We like the new car seminar that is set up every time you buy a car. It is really nice that everyone speaks to you while you are at the Dealership. They show concern if you have to wait a few minutes to see your requested person by always checking on you, offering you refreshments of some kind and in general, letting you know they are there for you.
