I completely trust Cleon and the current second manager in the service department. They always take care of me and honestly say what should be done to keep me safe on the road and maintain my car. Mr. Skinner provided exemplary service. He kept me informed of everything that was being done to my car. As a woman I did not feel like a car service man was talking above my knowledge or trying to ta informed of everything that was being done to my car. I was greeted immediately and swiftly checked in with great courtesy. They set to work while I comfortably waited with (free) drinks in the customer service area.
