I did ask them to put a bolt for something under the front of my car. The guy said they had the part but didn’t do it so it’s very frustrating because I asked for it to be done and they just didn’t do i front of my car. Cleo the advisor said I needed a a whole new engine because my car was overheating and it was causes from a blown head gasket. I told them a had an extended warranty but he said it will be May before t because my car was overheating and it was causes from a blown head gasket. I told them a had an extended warranty but he said it will be May before they can fix it due to so many engine replacements they have lined up. I told them that I was willing to wait because I only wanted Mazda to touch my vehicle, he said that he doesn’t want to deal with my extended warranty company and I should take my car to another dealership. I then took my car to another repair shop, where the diagnostic was a bad water pump which cause coolant to leak into the oil. They said this was a major issue with Mazda CX 9 and should have been a recall issued or class action lawsuit. My warranty company paid for my new water pump and my car is working and on the road again. I trusted Mazda so much before but now I have lost all faith in Mazda service and Mazda cars period, so disappointed. I got my family to buy Mazda but now I’m telling them to trade in for another brand. More
