For instance, I put myself on a strict budget and didn't want to finance past a specific amount, he sat down with me for a couple of hours and crunched the numbers to my satisfaction. He communicated with me throughout the whole buying period and kept me up to date on all details. Overall their customer service has been fabulous from the beginning to the end, even after I committed myself to buy a car with them. At no time did I feel pressured and/or pushed. Their whole interaction and assistance was genuine. I can truly say, their service was customer oriented!! I would go back to Mazda Hyman Bros any day to buy a car again. More

The salesman that assisted --Michael Larry--was really helpful in answering all my questions and my concerns.I found that he provided a lot of helpful information without the sales pitch, he just explained the features of the vehicles as I asked. Going through the paperwork was also a very straightforward process. If you're looking for the absolute lowest price, then you might want to consider some other options, but I found the vehicles to be pretty reasonably priced. They also come with a 5-year/60,000mi warranty and offer free oil changes on every third visit. Overall, Hyman Bros made a buying a new car a very positive experience. I highly recommend their service! More
