Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was looking at several other vehicles in the general Mazda 6 category, and they never talked down any of the other vehicles, they just let their expertise and the Mazda 6 make the sale. The staff is that good. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the price was the best out of the other Mazda dealerships I was working with in the area, and was in the recommended purchase range of the internet buying guides I was using. All you could want in a dealership and more, they made the whole process enjoyable. More
I came in looking to hear a run down on a lease option as I was new to the idea and I received a good solid education on the process and went forth with a lease on a 2013 Mazda 3 which I am truly enjoying! D.L. was very informative and easy to work with and Rich in Finance tag teamed well to get me all the details I needed! I was even surprised that they offered to match and beat any Carmax appraisal and I ultimately sold my car to them instead of Carmax and got exactly what I wanted in a car! I had stayed away from independent dealers for several years but this group proved to be very nice to work with and offered no pressure but simply help! I am thankful for the experience and will enjoy my new Mazda!! More
Usually, when people go to a dealership, they dread the experience. I know I expected the same old same when Jessica came out of the office to meet us as we browsed the lot of cars. Both me and my girlfriend couldn't help but roll out eyes as she approached. Boy, were we wrong! Absolutely,hands down the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. It was 100% painless, a complete turn around from the traditional car buying experience. Instead of Jessica trying to shove keys down our throats, she simply provided accurate facts and comparisons of the cars Mazda offered and the specs for the competitors.Frankly, we were taken back by the way she seemed to have little concern of whether we purchased a car but seemed most concerned with us getting the care that was right for us(regardless if we bought a Mazda or not). Every single employee we encountered was friendly, and absolutely amazing! We finally made the decision to purchase from Hyman Bros, we spent about three to 4 hours at Jessica's desk. Funny part was, we spent more time talking and joking with the staff and Jessica then we did doing any paperwork. Time got by us so quickly we weren't even able to finish and take the car home because the bank was closed! We experienced no hidden fees or charges in our final price either, which is rare.Bottom line, next time I buy a car and I am within driving distance of Hyman Bros, I will be returning to purchase again,period! *On a side note, I absolutely love out new Mazda 3, Jessica put us in a car that was EXACTLY what we were looking for!!! I was very excited to find out that there was a Mazda Dealership right down the street from where I live. I just moved here from Hawaii and my car was way past due for service. When I came in for service I felt like everyone was happy to see me and made me feel at home. Before I knew it they came into the lounge and told me I was all done. I was surprised at how cheap an oil change was, but on my way home I realized its probably because EVERY THING cost more in Hawaii! Thanks again!! See you in a few months. More

I never felt cheated or unfairly treated at this dealership- which is the stereotype of most dealerships. Jessica provided all the information I needed and all that I asked for and did it all in a professional and friendly manner...excellent customer service was her focus and she provided this with flying colors. There was no pressure to buy that night (Friday night late) and were just as helpful and focused on great customer service later Friday night by email and also Saturday morning when I returned to see if we could come to agreement on a deal. The purchase/deal maker who worked with Jessica provide good information in a timely manner and the financing person was helpful...they both gave me what I considered a good deal just as we had discussed...no surprises. This was a very positive car buying experience because of the entire dealership team but most especially because of Jessica...And I thank her for all that she did. More
