Ron, my salesperson went the extra mile to have my car delivered to the local BMW dealership for a prepurchase inspection. helpful and cooperative. I visited ample of dealers within the Newport News and Hampton area, but none of them were as cordial, honest and knowledgable as the folks at Mazda Hyman Bros. For instance, I put myself on a strict budget and didn't want to finance past a specific amount, he sat down with me for a couple of hours and crunched the numbers to my satisfaction. He communicated with me throughout the whole buying period and kept me up to date on all details. Overall their customer service has been fabulous from the beginning to the end, even after I committed myself to buy a car with them. At no time did I feel pressured and/or pushed. Their whole interaction and assistance was genuine. I can truly say, their service was customer oriented!! I would go back to Mazda Hyman Bros any day to buy a car again. More
