Orlando Cruz - Impressive Knowledge of Mazda CX-5 Orlando was recommended to me by a neighbor and what a great reference. I called Orlando and asked about the Mazda incentives offered and the 2019 CX Orlando was recommended to me by a neighbor and what a great reference. I called Orlando and asked about the Mazda incentives offered and the 2019 CX-5 that Hyman still had. I was also interest in a 2020 CX-5. Orlando gave me the pricing for both cars over the phone. We made an appt to see both cars. When we arrived at the dealership both cars were right in front with Orlando coming out to greet us. He went over both cars thoroughly and the differences between the two model years. We decided the 2019 suited our purposes better and took that one for a test drive. I had done my research and we already owned a Mazda3 so the CX-5 console felt very familiar. After the test drive, we were ready to purchase so Orlando prepared all the paperwork and we were very pleased with the pricing that Hyman agreed to on the 2019. I'm usually pretty thorough but I forgot about the 2019 CX-5 brochure and Orlando remembered to give me a copy. The dealership was also nice enough to offer to laminate the window sticker for us. There was no hard sell of extended warranties or unnecessary add-ons which I appreciated. It was a very pleasant experience in purchasing our Mazda CX-5. I'm looking forward to getting the vehicle serviced here. More

Out the door fast with recent C.P.O. CX-5 Touring Model I have let the "dust settle" before writing my review from a purchase at the very end of last year. Being from out of state, I was a little tense a I have let the "dust settle" before writing my review from a purchase at the very end of last year. Being from out of state, I was a little tense about buying a vehicle in Virginia. But I must say that I have no regrets dealing with Hyman Bros. in Newport News. The CX-5 was on my mind upon meeting Eric and he was real knowledgeable about this model. We went for a ride in a nice red touring type that I found both functional and beautiful. I had originally wanted to see a less expensive model, but when I saw this red one with the sun roof, it really changed my mind. The whole time Eric was energetic and helpful; I decided to buy that vehicle and saw Josh for the paperwork. Amazingly, I was out of there in about 2 hours. This was the fastest vehicle buying experience for me, ever. After so much searching and knowing what a fair price should be, it was easy to make a purchase because the no haggle price was really good. Sung Ho was very professional and helpful, also. Eric is the best! When I picked up my car he went out with me and patiently went over all the features in the car. Most of which I was not familiar with because they were not in my previous car.
