He was attentive, thorough, honest, personable, and professional throughout the entire process. Even after purchasing the vehicle, he sat in the car with me before I left and showed me how to use the features. I'd highly recommend Eric! I also worked with Sung-Ho in the Finance department. He had all the paperwork ready to go, so we were in and out extremely quickly. He gave honest advice, which we very much appreciated. Hyman Bros made us feel extremely safe while buying a car with COVID restrictions. Every person we came into contact with was wearing a mask, and every time we signed a paper, we were offered a separate pen that had already been disinfected.
