Quick and Efficient I came into the dealership 30 minutes before they closed, and Eric was very patient with me and did not once act frustrated. He went out of his way to make sure I could purchase the vehicle that same day even though it was so close to closing time. Along the way he ran into a battery issue with the car and went above and beyond for me and went out and bought a new battery for it so that I could take it home that same day as planned. He followed up with me Monday morning to make sure that I was still pleased. Sung-Ho was also very quick and efficient with my paperwork making sure that I understood everything but also being quick about it, as we were all ready to go home. More
