Jay and Ayden where key in getting my Mazda CX5 assessed and serviced properly. I was able to have a face-to-face with Jay and they both answered my phone calls and maintained communication while my vehicle and serviced properly. The video of the actual diagnostic was especially detailed and transparent - I saw the results on the screen as the tech explained the 'what' and 'why'. Quite the contrast from seeing just a video of my engine with a statement of what they recommend ... which I've seen at other service departments. More
