The Winners Circle Mazda dealership has the best customer service. Which is few and far between in today’s world. I am in the process of looking for a new car and the young man, Josh, was not pushy, very pro service. Which is few and far between in today’s world. Well, they got back to me. - That was good. They said, to fill out this Credit App. - That was good. They asked for copies of my last 2 pay stubs. So far, so good. Then they - That was good. They said, to fill out this Credit App. - That was good. They asked for copies of my last 2 pay stubs. So far, so good. Then they asked for the Vin. # of my trade-in & milage. OK Then I got an email stating they had not heard from me in a week and if there was anything they could do to help me with my search for a vehicle. (?) I called them and said, WHAT? They said it was just a computer-generated email. OK. They said they were working on something for me, but I have not heard back. So, I can't answer the questions below. I can't rate them. I can't recommend them. If I hear back, I will finish this review. I am moving on. Ron Burr More
Bought jeep from them an have nothing but complaints. I came up on wensday an was dealing with winner circle nissan but jeep was at their Mazda store.we drove to the Mazda store an sales manger all the su I came up on wensday an was dealing with winner circle nissan but jeep was at their Mazda store.we drove to the Mazda store an sales manger all the sudden had somebody on car so I went home all the way to Virginia Beach.then later that evening the Mazda store manager called me an said they didn’t sell it if I wanted the car I could deal with Mazda store an not Nissan that he wasn’t releasing car to them.so I went their Thursday an I explained to the sales manager I was flying out Friday morning an that their was some issues with headlight an he said when I came back to bring it back.well came back from Florida an went to another dealership for inspection for warranty threw mopar to come realize jeep had a couple issues that inspection and things that they said was done on carfax to be lies.so text the sales manager an he told me to bring car next day but I was informed by dodge dealership that my coolant was low an had like sludge in it an was contaminated an he told me it wouldn’t be good to keep driving it like that so again told sales manger he said get it flushed that everything would be handled.we’ll surprise I went to Mazda dealership next day with receipt for a full flush and the list issues that would been caught by inspection that dealership said they did but it was lie.so I get to dealership to find out the sales manager was fired an new manger will try to work with me but that I bought car as is!which was fine but when u lie about oil change, tire rotation, fluids top off an inspection.well front tires where worn almost to metal, broken motor mount that wouldn’t have passed inspection, oil change that wasn’t done.windshield sprayer broken that wouldn’t pass inspection.so I seen the records on car when they put it into inventory the service that was recommended was sludge in coolant, transmission shift funny, tire condition which they rejected to fix before inventory.so I been up their 7 times an they fixed one motor mount, some seals I knew nothing about after bad review they decide fix headlight but never tested to find out is doing same thing the last headlight did.I put almost 15k down an have spent 580 on tires,586 on coolant flush 129 on oil change on a car I paid 2500 over market adjustment so learn from me take it to private dealer before purchasing save u the headaches an money it has cost me. Worst dealership experience. Flew in from North Carolina to purchase a used car from this dealer in June 2022. They did not have the title. I found this out after the 1st temp ta Flew in from North Carolina to purchase a used car from this dealer in June 2022. They did not have the title. I found this out after the 1st temp tag expired. After the 4th temp tag expired there was no more communication. For 3 months I could not drive a car that I was paying for. 8 months later I finally received the North Carolina permanent tag. This past February i applied for a extended service contract refund after I cancelled it. Per the service contract company, this dealership received the funds on April 3rd 2023. It should have taken between 6 to 8 weeks for my account to be refunded. Here we are 3 months later and no refund. Carlos in finance assured me 2 weeks ago the check was being sent out. No money yet. Have tried to call him with no response in 3 days. looks like we will have to go to small claims court. This dealership has zero customer service and the general manager does not keep his word. They are liars and as far as I am concerned, thieves. I do not recommend anyone going here. More

If you’re planning on purchasing a vehicle from Winners Circle Mazda, please read this review before doing so and be aware. We bought a Mazda CX-5 from them on August 2nd. The first two weeks were fine an Circle Mazda, please read this review before doing so and be aware. We bought a Mazda CX-5 from them on August 2nd. The first two weeks were fine and dandy, until the dash was flashing warning lights about the break system malfunctioning, camera system malfunctioning, and one other malfunctioning light I honestly don’t remember what it even was. The warnings disabled all of the “smart” features in the car. It took us a week to get it into service for an appointment. On the day of our scheduled appointment, I got a phone call saying they weren’t able to do the repair that day and that we would need to drop it off and get a loaner until the next day when it was supposed to be fixed. My husband dropped the car off and got the loaner, this loaner absolutely REEKED of cigarettes and we have two young kids that were coughing in the back seat. The day we were supposed to be picking up our vehicle, I get another call saying they thought it was the battery, so they replaced it, and it wound up not being the problem. They ordered the part for the car that apparently it needs, and was told it could take 2 weeks to 6 MONTHS to come in because it’s on back order. We were told we could come pick up the vehicle until the part comes in. We said absolutely not. We did not just purchase a brand new car for malfunctioning lights to be on when we’re driving our two children around in that car. At that point you’re talking about my kids safety and obviously they didn’t care about it. Anyways, my husband went to return the cigarette smelling loaner and to potentially talk about upgrading so we didn’t have to worry about the issues with the one we already purchased. We were told that not even a month after our purchase, we would be in negative equity at $4k. Everyone knows when you drive a car off of a lot it loses equity, but for god’s sake we can’t even drive our vehicle we just paid top dollar for. We just traded in a Honda Pilot with absolutely no negative equity and we can’t even drive our new vehicle for who knows how long, so my husband and the GM got into it in the dealership about it. He was extremely unprofessional about the whole situation and did not care at all about our inconvenience. We asked for another loaner while we wait for our vehicle to be done in service and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience to him. He was not happy about accommodating a different vehicle to us and was more than mad we wouldn’t take the smoked out vehicle to drive our two kids around in. We were told we had to return that vehicle the next day. We had to go pick up a different vehicle and this time they gave us tags that were good for a week. So at this point we’re on our 3rd loaner vehicle. We were told yesterday that we may have to take the 3rd loaner vehicle we’re in back in a few days because they were going to sell it. So if that’s the case, we will be on our 4th loaner while our brand new vehicle sits on their lot. I looked at Orlando, the sales manager, with tears in my eyes saying my biggest regret so far in my life was ever getting rid of my Pilot and giving them business after everything we have been put through. The amount of times we have had to go up there, the amount of gas we have had to put into loaner vehicles that were on E just to have to return them the next day and repeat putting gas into them, the amount of stress and headache this place has caused me has taken a huge toll on me. To say the least it has traumatized me and my family. Our sales guy Harvey did everything he could. He’s a phenomenal guy. So this is not on him. He’s fully aware of how we were treated. Please be careful when purchasing with them and read over all of the numbers/fees VERY carefully. And if you buy a vehicle that needs to be fixed not even a month after purchase, just know they will do everything to NOT accommodate you. At the end of the day, all I have to say is shame on this dealership, do better, and I hope if anything you learn the meaning of customer satisfaction and how important it is. Because we are far from satisfied after dealing with this headache for over a week now, still under a month after purchase. More
