I had a service appointment recently that I was really satisfied with. But once I left the appointment I realized I have easy care so my oil change should've been covered and I should've gotten a free car satisfied with. I had an emergency check engine light and they gave me a 7:45 am appointment. By 11:25 , it was diagnosed as a bad battery. Southern Mazda is a class business, they honored a first time oil change even though my vehicle was bought brand new from a completely different dealer. Great staff to work with and quality work performed e time oil change even though my vehicle was bought brand new from a completely different dealer. I scheduled ahead for an appointment which was really convenient. I scheduled for a tire rotation and balancing. I waited for an hour and by the time they were done, I had to leave to get my kids off of convenient. I scheduled for a tire rotation and balancing. I waited for an hour and by the time they were done, I had to leave to get my kids off of their bus. Only to see my receipt say Rotation (no balancing)???? Aren’t you supposed to balance tires when you rotate them? Especially if that’s the service I requested when booking?? Now my car is driving rough and I’m not sure even I’m able to return to have a balancing done! More
