I had a very disappointing experience with this Mazda dealership. I brought my car in, and without my authorization, they performed a wheel alignment. To make matters worse, they then attempted to charge me $300 for something I never agreed to. This is completely unacceptable. Any reputable dealership should always get clear customer consent before performing additional work, this is basic professionalism. My car is only one year old, which makes this even more questionable. There was no clear justification for doing an alignment in the first place, and it feels like an attempt to push unnecessary services onto customers. This kind of behavior destroys trust. I expect transparency and honesty when dealing with a dealership, especially one representing a brand like Mazda. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. Had an issue with our new to us Mazda CX-90. I was able to call Aiden and get an appointment asap and they had a matching loaner for us waiting.
