Service Tech was excellent, best service Technician i have had at two different manufacture dealerships. Tech was even willing to stay late to get job done. Service Advisor and the service Advisor team w have had at two different manufacture dealerships. Tech was even willing to stay late to get job done. Service Advisor and the service Advisor team was less than your company would desire. No communication on the service center moving (several days after the move), no communication on my car NOT being ready that day (normal routine service) . Drove to pick it up, only to find out service advisors left for the day and car would not be ready. Tech was willing to stay to finish job. More
