Sales representatives are very pushy while waiting for maintenance. We have been coming to this dealership for maintenance since 2018, ownership has changed many times but this is the worst! I’m not sure they did properly maintenance for my car or not. looks like they just did oil changed not really inspection. It’s been two times I asked to add more tire pressure or windshield fluid, they said not. looks like they just did oil changed not really inspection. Had to research safety belt warranty myself and tell them where to find it. Resulted in delay and not having my car for 3 days. Poor communication and their phone transfer service/service line was not functi where to find it. Resulted in delay and not having my car for 3 days. Their text service was also not functioning. Had to repeatedly call alternate extensions where I explained problem and they still transferred me back to service line that was not working multiple times. More
