The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Was told I could get a lift back home at 1 pm but the man didn't know what I was talking about. Thought lifts ended in the morning. Met another lady waiting in the waiting room who had been there since 9 am and complained they hadn't finished her inspection and oil change. It was 1 pm at that time. I took my car thereon a Monday for a Tuesday appointment came back on Wednesday to get the car and was told since the one person was not there nobody could help me, I did not get a call until Saturday came back on Wednesday to get the car and was told since the one person was not there nobody could help me, I did not get a call until Saturday while I was at work to get my car. so I could not get my car until the next Monday if I could help it I will never take my car there again in fact I have called Kia USA with my concerns and KIA greenbrier is not any better More

I experienced an older gentleman rant and rave about how he was too busy to deal with customers in front of customers. I had an issue with my new car that’s under warranty and no one wanted to help me much less answer the phone. I left voicemails and no return calls. We even went up to the dealership and they were super rude and wanted us out of their way and did not want to help at all. We had to end up calling another KIA dealership 30 minutes away to get any help. AWFUL customer service. So disappointed! More
