Called for an oil change. I was told the express lane was open and it would be a 90 minutes and I had to wait with my vehicle. When I arrived at 10 am it was a two and a half I was told the express lane was open and it would be a 90 minutes and I had to wait with my vehicle. When I arrived at 10 am it was a two and a half hour wait and but i didn’t need wait with my car and was offered a shuttle ride home. I agreed but ended up waiting a nearly an hour for the shuttle. I was told that the driver just arrived back a few minutes earlier at 11 even though I saw him there for about a half an hour, not knowing he was the driver. By 3 I was worried I wouldn’t have my car back in time to pick my kids up from school. At that point a spent another hour trying to get a hold of someone in the service department but never did. I finally decided to call an Uber to show up in person to get my car. While waiting for my Uber I finally got the call that it was ready. This was one of many terrible experiences I have had at Southern Auto. The buying experience was terrible and now I’m seeing the matching level of service. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Southern Auto. More
