Warranty part ordered about a month ago, but no one called to let me know part was in. I had To call. Brought vehicle in at 730am on 2/22/24. Vehicle sat for 7hrs until I called for a status. I was told that part they ordered was damaged and incorrect part was ordered. So they had to reorder part again. Wasted a day. Still no status of reordered part. More
Dropped off car night before appt on GMC/Buick side. No one at service desk picked up my key that I left in drop box until my husband called at noon next day to find out status of car. GMC side had to walk mg key over to KIA side and it sat in service advisor mailbox until I physically went yo dealership to ask for status of car. Advisor was at lunch when key was put in her mailbox. She apologized and got mechanic to do the oil change as priority. Had an 8:00 AM appointment. Why did no service advisor see me on the schedule.
