Same AC part ordered 3 times and you can't seem to get an unbroken part shipped to your service center. Service rates per hour are ridiculously expensive. Waited until after 5 pm and multiple phone calls and messages to call to let me know about my car. Car was dropped off at 730 am to fox known recall issues. Work was scheduled a week in advance. Was told they were short staffed and that was why they couldn't call me back. Looked at summary of work given and the 1 recall the did fix was billed at 1/3 hour of work. Unacceptable to keep car for 10 hours. Not return phone calls. And have done less than 30 minutes of work. And now I have to schedule a second experience with this because they were not prepared to do work they scheduled a week in advance. More
Absolutely, everyone there was polite and helpful. They actually cared about what I was there and did not try to come off pushy. I came there for one thing, informed me I may need some stuff done, but They actually cared about what I was there and did not try to come off pushy. Bad customer service, gave attitude when I go to cashier waiting to pick my car up and I was standing waiting for like 40 min. Not giving update on my car and took next day to complete.
