They are horrible, no follow up , do not keep there word when stuff will be done , had to get a door handle fixed, they put on an unpainted door handle, service person tried to tell me some people don’t w when stuff will be done , had to get a door handle fixed, they put on an unpainted door handle, service person tried to tell me some people don’t want there parts painted. It took 2 months for them to finally get the handle painted and it took an extra 3 days after they said it would be ready. Went to get warranty work down one time and I asked them will this be done in two days , I can’t leave my car more than 2 days . If it can’t I’ll schedule later in the month. They tell me no problem then don’t bother to call me to tell me they can’t finish in two days and tell me there really busy and couldn’t get to it. I said why did you tell me you could , oh we can promise that , but they did. Just be honest up front and tell me to schedule a later time when I can leave it longer. The sales department is also terrible. Took an extra months to get plates for a new car, the. They gave me the wrong ones and I had to drive out to Chesapeake to pick up the correct ones. Sales manager was pushy , in short avoid Southern Kia at all costs. I have free oil changes with my new sorrento and I prefer to pay at a mechanic that is actually truthful More
The dealership was clean and they had water in the waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. The other being a sales agent was waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. The other being a sales agent was scheduled to met me to discuss a trade in and that was never done. Which was weird cause that was scheduled with the word of Robin. Left me feeling like little fish with no worth. Well it is what it is at this point. More

Dropped my car off for an appointment. No calls received on status of my car or what was found. No one answered the phone when I called. I was stuck in a phone tree. When picking up my vehicle, no one acknowledged me when I came in. While waiting for the cashier, the male service attendant was complaining about work very explicitly with colorful language. When calling for an appointment I asked for oil change and state inspection. My husband noticed this week, the state inspection had not been done. Now I have to return.
