Misleading information concerning appointments/no appointments. I took my car in for an oil change and had to wait almost 3 hours because I was told the wrong information. When speaking with management (Frank) about it, he was nonchalant and making jokes, which was very unprofessional. What happened to the "valued customer" motto, because I was certainly not treated as such? More

This was by far my worst experience at southern GMC Virginia Beach my advisor Deonte Taylor was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I have been with southern GMC for 5+ years and have bought two new v Virginia Beach my advisor Deonte Taylor was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I have been with southern GMC for 5+ years and have bought two new vehicles just to have to go through a terrible appointment to get my vehicle serviced. The manager however took great care of me but was too very disappointed. Even though the work was completed on my car I’m hoping the sticker for my next oil change wasn’t updated and I’m concerned did it even truly get an oil change given the service I was provided. I’d like to speak to someone to voice my concern and find a solution so this doesn’t happen in future. Thank you. More
