Dropped truck off at 8am was ask what time I needed done I said 3:00 plenty of time for just an oil change. Tried to call at 3:30 couldn’t speak to someone where the truck was being worked on. Finally got a call after 4:00 and was told it was delayed because they didn’t have my oil filter in stock and they had to get it from Norfolk. If I would have received a call or text earlier in the day letting me know that it would have been easier to handle. Communication it critical to a satisfied customer. If the oil change wasn’t free I wouldn’t come back. More

Even after they reminded me the day before to keep the appt. They should have hard that part. No apology was made. I was told to come back Monday. I called first. Good thing. They still did not have the part. Finally got it Tuesday..5 days after my appt. Also the furniture in the waiting room is appalling. Greenbrier Kia is much better. More

The staff are generally unfriendly and the service department is the absolute worst! They can’t even find you in their system after you schedule an appointment and show up for the service. department is the absolute worst!
