This place is a joke for the past two times i went here the first time they said someone lost my keys then they found them the second time i went back to get my car worked on they lost my keys again and t the first time they said someone lost my keys then they found them the second time i went back to get my car worked on they lost my keys again and the manager John gave me a rental and said they will get me new keys being that they lost my keys come to find out my keys was never lost who ever serviced my car took the keys home and they also did not fix my car at all very pissed with this place dont take your cars here to get serviced on her and the people in there are also very rude as well. Every single time I buy a car through this dealership I have to go through so much and this is my third vehicle that I have purchased through kia Lynnhaven.
