They have been affective maintaining my GMC Sierra 1500. They are slow on ordering parts that vehicles are due because they were not installed at purchase. Trying to talk to service was impossible. I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voice I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voicemails. I had to call sales at least 6 times where she would transfer me and again, never spoke to a person in service. She finally had to go to service herself and I received a call 3 hours later just to say they weren’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle and had to call me back. They called the next day just to say they couldn’t replicate the problem. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle and now not sure if I could ever receive communication from service, I will never buy a Kia again. More
