I went in for an oil change and two recalls. Only one recall was performed and I’ve since received numerous emails from the dealership saying that either that I’ve missed my appointment and shou Only one recall was performed and I’ve since received numerous emails from the dealership saying that either that I’ve missed my appointment and should reschedule, or that I’m overdue for the next maintenance milestone….less than 48 hours after completing the last one (and still thousands and thousands of miles away from the manufactured next maintenance). You can’t make this up. Smdh. More

I felt that the service manager wasn’t trying to give me the best price for the 2 tires that they quoted me. I can’t believe that when I bought the car that they never informed me that I couldn’t leave my the best price for the 2 tires that they quoted me. I can’t believe that when I bought the car that they never informed me that I couldn’t leave my dog in the car and lock it at the same time. I will never buy another vehicle from you again. More

Can never get through to talk to anybody. Can never get a phone call back. My car was left in An area that flooded and I had standing water in my backseat. The first time I had, my car looked at it took three months. Cleaning my car out from the water was supposed to take two days and Now we got two weeks and still cannot get a hold of anybody to see what’s going on with my car. Very frustrating More

I dropped my car off the night before so they had it at 7 am! I made at least 6 calls between 2:30 and 5:30 and I one answered my calls nor did they return my calls! My neighbor took me to the dealership at am! I made at least 6 calls between 2:30 and 5:30 and I one answered my calls nor did they return my calls! My neighbor took me to the dealership at 5:45! When I walked in I explained that I was not in a good mood and explained why! The service advisor checked and he did not have any info on my car. He asked the cashier and she had the paperwork on my car! I told her that I had made at least six calls and no one answered or called me back! This is the first time I have had any problems with this dealership. I purchased my car there and they have always done the maintenance on it . They had always been on top of things!I was very disappointed this time not with the service they did but the fact they had my car all day and never answered any of my calls or called when my car was ready! More
