Horrible experience bringing in my truck for 15k mileage maintenance. It is so hard to get in touch with anyone in the service department. It takes multiple calls and messages to get any update on service status. Had to make multiple appointments to get same issue fixed. Afte department. It takes multiple calls and messages to get any update on service status. Had to make multiple appointments to get same issue fixed. After scheduling a diagnostics it took 3 days to get a report back on something it took me an hour to find out and told them issue when dropped it off. More

There was one rep checking everyone in and out.
