Bought new truck. Part of deal was dealer to install blackout kit and window visors. Never heard back. Called a month later and sales person not available. He is the only one that seem to care about customer. Brought vehicle in with assistance of Parts manager to get blackout kit and wind visors installed. Had appointment for 9 o’clock. Showed up 830. At 11 o’clock car still outside. Technician didn’t show up. This was over a month ago. I have called numerous times trying to reschedule and can only leave voicemails. No response from dealer. it appears all they want to do is sell cars and figure the volume will outweigh any negative. Customer complaints. More

I am still waiting for my multiples messages for a call back. Upon getting a call at 530pm on the 10th .. saying your vehicle is ready, but hurry up we close at 6 pm. Luckily I leave 15 minutes away. The very next day the engine light came on my 2012 Kia Sorento. I immediately went in person spoke to your service representative who went and spoke to the service department about the issue. Came back and give me a 26th Jun appointment. Went on the evening of the 25th, was informed that the computers has been hacked a week ago and was unable to get my vehicle checked. No phone calls , text email about this. I left 3 messages and not a single call back. Here it is a month later, engine light still on,my vehicle was giving me some hesitation and had to go to a local mechanic to get it looked at and possibility and money coming out of my pocket for a issue that I didn't have until I had those 2 services done. Please feel free to contact me if you are willing to reimburse me of any out of pocket expenses. More
