The service center is hard to get a hold of and they never call you back. No one answers the phone. Mostly get ..leave a message. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Was told I could get a lift back home at 1 pm but the man didn't know what I was talking about. Thought lifts ended in the morning. Then when I picked up the car, most of the coins in my door holder were gone, but they left the pennies. Met another lady waiting in the waiting room who had been there since 9 am and complained they hadn't finished her inspection and oil change. It was 1 pm at that time. Said she was going to find another place to bring her car in next time. More
