My first appointment was made using the online scheduling system. I waited over a month for this appointment...a simple oil change. I received a call from someone at the dealership confirming my original app system. I waited over a month for this appointment...a simple oil change. I received a call from someone at the dealership confirming my original appointment. I go to said appointment and I'm told, by the lady at the computer, they don't schedule appointments at noon. She looks up my appointment and it was there, at noon. Instead of trying to work my vehicle in, because I had an appointment at 3pm, I was told there was no way that could happen and I'd have to reschedule for a different day. I live in Portsmouth, have 2 small children, and work full time. While that may not seem like a big deal to someone, carving out time to come all the way back to the dealership, drag 2 toddlers with me, and have to pay tolls again to get there IS a big deal to me. It also didn't help the staff there took no accountability, no sorry for the inconvenience, no attempt to rectify in the same day. All I got was an excuse about the on-line scheduling system being controlled by 'corporate' and told 'it lets the customers do whatever they want'. When I informed him the appointment was confirmed by someone from their department, I was told, 'she's just a receptionist. She doesn't know'. This isn't the first unpleasant experience I've had either. Last time I had my vehicle there was to have it rekeyed after a theft. The key I was given was missing the top quarter. When I asked about it, I was told 'it's in the cup holder'. It most certainly was not in the cup holder and I paid $650 for a broken key fob. This service department needs seri More

I tried to call and find the status of my vehicle. I was told someone would call me back in half an hour. Nothing. I tried to call 16 times. Only 2 times did someone answer, and still, the service dep I was told someone would call me back in half an hour. Nothing. I tried to call 16 times.
