Rene did a great job helping find my car’s issue and get it covered through my warranty. Customer Service has dwindled severely! I waited over 4 hrs for my scheduled car appointment just to be told it won’t get seen ! Let car and didn’t get a call back til 2weeks later and that I waited over 4 hrs for my scheduled car appointment just to be told it won’t get seen ! Let car and didn’t get a call back til 2weeks later and that’s included with me visiting twice just for a battery replacement! Service manager did take off diagnostics charge but that’s doesn’t account for the inconvenience this caused me and family ! Rene Polanco was very helpful and apologetic & he even walked me to my car I won’t be returning!! More
