Disappointing. Unresponsive. Had 8:45 appt for diagnostic issue. By noon had heard nothing. Started calling, no answer. Left msg. Sent text messages. Finally got ca Unresponsive. Rep was unaware I had just signed off on work to be done. Car had to be kept overnight because they were out of sparkplugs. More
