We brought our car in under warranty for a broken assembly bracket on our exhaust system. We were told we hit something on the road and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This was not the case an assembly bracket on our exhaust system. We were told we hit something on the road and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This was not the case and I explained what happened. We were driving down the road, the muffler fell. We pulled over to see what the sound was decided it was best to get off the interstate. Yes we drug the muffler and tailpipe on the road and that’s what caused further damage but it was not safe to sit and try to fix (no tools and no supplies) in place. We eventually got off the road and was able to secure the exhaust up till we could get to a dealership. Only to be quoted $1800 to fix. Additionally, the worst part was after deciding not to go with this ridiculous price……we were charged a $200 fee to “diagnose” the issue. Completely unfair and extremely poor customer service. We have no plans to ever shop your dealership again or any dealership associated with your conglomerate. Very dissatisfied with this experience. Update-Took it to a local shop this morning and they fixed for less than $50. You should be ashamed of yourself More
The service was fine but the wait time was unreasonably long for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 10.
