My vehicle was broken into, the back window was shattered, and damage to steering/ignition. I had to keep calling to get an update on my vehicle, person I needed to speak to was never available and shattered, and damage to steering/ignition. I had to keep calling to get an update on my vehicle, person I needed to speak to was never available and messages were never returned. When my vehicle was finally ready, no cleanup was done, the glass was still spread all over in the back. I was so done with them, I just went and vaccum and cleaned myself. There was still glass coming from the window everytime it was put up and down, after about two weeks went back to the dealership to report, Sam the person assigned to my vehicle brings out paperwork and says insurance did not pay for cleanup, what? I have left messages to speak with a manager several times and have not heard back from anyone to date. I will never take my vehicle back there again. More

I thought that I was scheduled for safety check and tire rotation only to find that safety inspection was not included. Also, it was discovered that a recall was never performed. You can imagine just how I felt at that particular moment - had resigned myself to spending most of the day. Fortunately, the work was performed in less time than expected.
