When I spoke to your service department about my inspection, I was informed they would be “available” until 5pm. I was not advised in any way that if I did not make it there by 5pm I would not be ab inspection, I was informed they would be “available” until 5pm. I was not advised in any way that if I did not make it there by 5pm I would not be able to get my car, which was there for its free lifetime inspection. I arrived at 6pm and was told by two people in the lobby there was no way to get my keys because it is “two separate worlds”. I was floored and thankfully found an alternative until I was able to get my car. Under Hall, I NEVER had this problem. I could get my keys from the reception if the service desk had closed. Unbelievably poor customer service from Southern. Bring Hall back. I will not be servicing with Southern going forward outside of my lifetime inspection. More
Horrible service. Went for oil Change and requested for them to change my headlight bulb. They told me the bulb wouldn’t work and I needed a new headlight so I decline Went for oil Change and requested for them to change my headlight bulb. They told me the bulb wouldn’t work and I needed a new headlight so I declined and then my oil change sticker wasn’t changed and my oil still looked extremely dark. Fast forward 2 weeks later I take it to a different shop to get second opinion on my head light and was told all the wires are missing from inside the headlight so apparently they stole my wires as well or threw them out without informing me. Will not be going back there. More
